An account allows you to access your order at all times. You can create an account at checkout or by visiting the Account Page.
Your account details can be changed on the Account Page after logging in with your credentials. Click “View Account Details”, and you will be able to update your personal details.
A link to create a new password can be requested via the Account Page. Click on “Forgot your password?” and enter your registered e-mail to receive a password reset link. After resetting your password you will be able to access your account with the newly created password.
You can delete personal information from your account by visiting the Account Page. After logging in to your account, click "View Account Details", where you can remove any personal information linked to your Wheel of Fifths account.
All payments are processed in EUR, although we have a currency toggle available for your convenience. Please note that the charge on your card will be stated in your local currency. Exchange rates are set by the card holder’s bank at the time of payment.
During checkout you will have the option to use a gift card as a form of payment. Gift cards can be used on any item in the store until the card balance hits zero.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout. Please note that shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, as well as the chosen shipping method and destination.
We aim to process all orders within one business day, after which they are handed over to our shipping provider.
Typically, domestic orders are delivered the next day. International orders within Europe take between 2 and 5 business days to arrive, while orders to North America take between 4 and 8 business days to arrive. Orders shipped to Oceania typically arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. To track your order, click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation e-mail or log in to your account via the Account Page. You can then find the detailed shipping information by clicking on the order.
It is only possible to cancel your order if it has not been processed. Once it has been handed over to our shipping provider, it is no longer possible to cancel your order.
We can only change or update your order if it has not yet been processed. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping provider, we can no longer accommodate any changes to your order.
We aim to process all orders within one business day. After your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. You can track your order at any time by clicking the tracking link in the shipping confirmation e-mail or by logging in to your account via the Account Page. You can find the fulfilment status of your order after clicking on the order number, which is shown under “Order History”.
You are exempt from taxes at Wheel of Fifths if you are a registered business owner outside of the Netherlands. Please note that we can only issue an invoice without VAT after your VAT number is verified. Payments for business clients are conducted via bank transfer only.
If you wish to place an order as a registered business, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an invoice without VAT.
We provide our customers with the option to return their order within fourteen days of purchase, provided the items are unused. Refunds are processed within fourteen days after your return shipment reaches our warehouse. Please note that refunds are sent to the payment method used at checkout. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
When mailing your return shipment, please use a tracked mailing service and keep hold of the shipment receipt until the refund has been processed. We are only able to process return shipments that reach our warehouse. To reduce waste, we advise you to return items in their original packaging. You will receive an e-mail when your refund has been processed.
To return an order, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com or fill out the contact form on the Contact Page with your e-mail, order number and reason for return so we can provide detailed instructions to help you return your order.
